Capps Properties, LLC was established in 2022 and became active in 2023. Owner and operator is Mack Capps. Mack has 15+ years in mechanical experience with 6G ranking in welding. Mack has 3+ years in management experience in the industrial world. He is excited to be able to provide a full management service for customers ranging from waste management to full service property management

Waste Management will include 14 yd, 20 yd and 30 yd roll off dumpsters along with demolition

Property Management will include lawn care, landscaping, tractor work-bush hogging, grappling,bucket work, box-blading and more, pressure washing, rental management services and eventually full real estate abilities to help you manage your properties from demolition/waste to landscaping to point of sell!
